Mead News

We have been working hard on our mead this past month and ramping up production. Finally progressing our production line to produce a 500 Liter batch every month! Once we hit that production goal we will be able to hopefully move towards self distribution to bottle shops and bars around the area! The goal is to get our product out there to as many people as possible!

This month we were able to restock our Dry traditional and our Semi Sweet traditional to our tap and we were also able to release our new flavor “Hair of the Dog” our Coffee Vanilla mead. This is the last flavor that we have planned to be in our year round flavor catalog for the time being.

These will be our Year Round offerings

Nektar of the Dogs - Traditional Dry Mead

Nektar of the Dogs - Traditional Semi Sweet

Blood of the Dogs - Mixed Berry Mead

Hair of the Dog - Coffee Vanilla Mead

And this will be the end of the “____ of the Dog” Series that denote our year round options.

Seasonal Meads

Don’t worry! We still have plenty of plans for other flavors! However the goal is to have new flavors be seasonal options that compliment the tastes of the seasons. Whether that be light refreshing flavors in the spring and summer or darker more flavorful options in the fall and winter. These may not have the “____ of the Dog” moniker but they will have dog related names!

Here is a quick look at what we have in the seasonal flavor pipeline. Make sure you come by and try them while they are available

Summer 2022 - Dream Cycle - Orange Vanilla Mead

Fall 2022 - Dog Bite - Green Apple Sour Mead

Winter 2022 - Pupperscotch - Butterscotch Mead
